From April 27th through the 29th, Miami will be hosting the South Florida Cake and Candy Expo, an annual event that attracts countless professionals and amateur enthusiasts from across the globe to browse the latest gadgets and cutting-edge techniques for baking, cake decorating, and candy-making. This three-day extravaganza will include classes, competitions, and exhibitioners eager to share their most sumptuous creations.

With everything going on in the world of sweets and treats, our very own CORSAIR kitchen & bar has debuted an exciting new dessert menu. Selections include the delectable cookies and cream chocolate cake, with its heavenly cream cheese filling, luscious layer of chocolate ganache, and generous sprinkling of cocoa nibs; the brown butter cake, served with a rich vanilla bean ice cream and delightful drizzling of caramel sauce; and, for those who prefer fruitier fare, an icy homemade mango or coconut sorbet.
