Do you offer early check-in and/or late check-out?

Early check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property directly.

does your resort offer transportation
to and from the airport?

We do not offer airport transportation however, should you need to reserve a car please feel free to contact our concierge team directly and they will be delighted to assist you in booking transportation.

does your resort offer day access to your pools?

Our resort does not offer day passes however, access to Cascata pool for the day will be granted if you enjoy a service at our newly renovated spa.

can we use the mini-fridge provided in our room to store our belongings?

The mini-fridges provided in our guest rooms are for mini bar purposes only. A $25 fee will incur should any items be removed from fridge. Should you need a fridge to be placed in your room, please feel free to request one upon check-in.

what is your pet policy?

JW Marriott Miami is a pet-friendly resort. Pet fee is $25 per stay, plus a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $100. Pets must be 25 pounds or less.
