What if I have questions after I arrive?
Your comfort and enjoyable time spent here is of utmost importance to us. Please visit Tidal Cove Guest Services with your questions.

What if I forgot my bathing suit, sunglasses or sunscreen?
All of these items and many more may be purchased at our retail shop inside of Tidal Cove. The retail shop accepts cash or credit cards.

Does Tidal Cove provide towels?
Yes, we provide complementary towels to be used while visiting the park.

Do you allow pool toys and personal floaties?
We do not allow pool toys or personal floaties. Tidal cove provides all approved floatation devices for our pools and attractions.

Can I celebrate my or my child’s birthday at Tidal Cove?
Yes, we would be ecstatic to celebrate this special day with you! Please contact Chris Ortolano at cortolano@jwturnberry.com for more information.

Do you provide Flowrider® lessons?
Of course! We provide 30 minute lessons throughout the day for $45, per person. Please contact Christopher Seyler at cseyler@jwturnberry.com to reserve your time.

I am not going to swim. Do you have a spectator rate?
Tidal Cove is a participatory park and therefore, we do not offer a discount for those who choose not to swim.

What about my valuables?
We highly recommend to leave them at home or in your hotel room. Lock money and keys in a locker* instead of keeping them in pockets where they may fall out in the rides. Tidal Cove cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen from vehicles or from inside the waterpark.
*Lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Does Tidal Cove offer lockers?
Yes, our lockers are highly recommend to secure your valuables. Tidal Cove is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available at the boardwalk for a fee.

What happens when I leave my chairs to go back to my hotel room and/or to enjoy the attractions?
Do to the capacity of the pool and the limited amount of chairs. We have a one hour return policy. If you do not return to your chairs after one hour. We reserve the right to collect your items and provide the chairs to other guests. We will be providing ‘catching a wave’ passes for those enjoying the water attractions.

What’s a ‘catching a wave’ pass?
Our Tidal Cove seat placeholder to communicate to our associates that you are out having a splashing good time.

May I leave and re-enter the park without a charge?
You may exit the park and re-enter throughout the day as long as you have your original wristband on your wrist and it has been unaltered.

Is there a refund policy?
Tidal Cove has a no refund policy.

Do I need footwear?
Tidal Cove walkways, like any pavement, absorb the sun’s heat. We strongly recommend that you wear some type of secure footwear. If you did not bring proper footwear, you can purchase footwear at our retail store.
Footwear will not be allowed on water slides.

What may I wear at Tidal Cove?
Tidal Cove is a family waterpark. Appropriate, conservative swimwear only please. Swim wear is defined as an article of clothing, such as a swimsuit, that has been designed to be used in a pool environment. Swimwear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swimwear, thong or t-back swimwear bottoms will not be permitted. Cut off jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, t-shirts and shoes cannot be worn on the body contact slides. If a shirt must be worn on the slides, only spandex, lycra or rash guard shirts may be worn. No undergarments may be visible at any time. No profanity/vulgar images or language allowed. Displayed tattoos must be in good taste and not offensive to our family environment. If tattoos deemed inappropriate, Tidal Cove associates will request for it to be covered.

Does Tidal Cove provide life jackets?
Life jackets are available at towel hut.

What are the requirements to ride the attractions?
Please see ride rules and attractions page.

What if my party gets separated?
Establish a time and place to meet. If your kids are old enough to be on their own, make sure they check in periodically for sunscreen and drink breaks. If you do get unintentionally separated, alert any staff member.

Can I bring a picnic?
Tidal Cove offers a variety of delicious foods and beverages at Surf House Bar & Grill and Freestyle. Water stations are also available throughout the park. No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought into Tidal Cove. However, exceptions are made for Guests with special medical or religious requirements where their well-being may be compromised while in the park. These Guests will be permitted to bring in a small snack and juice to have on hand in case their wellness is compromised. Guests with special dietary needs such as allergies, may not bring food into the park, however, they can rent lockers and store their items securely while enjoying the park. The food may then be consumed outside the park. Guests with special medical needs will be required to show proof of medical condition to manager on duty in the form of a physician’s note, medical device, tattoo, ID bracelet or approved medical card.

Do you provide first aid at Tidal Cove?
All of Tidal Cove’s water safety employees are trained in CPR and first aid in accordance with the ellis and associates guidelines. The park also has a first aid station manned by an EMT daily.

Am I allowed to smoke in the waterpark?
Tidal Cove is a smoke-free facility.
This includes Cigarettes, Cigars, Chewing tobacco, and all Vaporizing devices.

Do I need to bring cash or do you accept debit & credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, debit cards and credit cards. For your protection, Tidal Cove requires that a valid ID be presented at the time of any debit or credit card transaction.

How much is parking?
Valet day parking is $25
